The service pressures of the ABALOK® tube fittings are determined by the tube on which they are installed, since in the face of the unlimited increase in internal pressure, the tube will collapse before the connector fails.

Check, then, the admissible pressures of the tube used and NEVER exceed them.

ATTENTION: It must be taken into account that these pressures are exclusively for the OD both ends; NPT threaded connections have their own service values and can therefore limit these maximum pressures, since for the whole, the maximum working pressure will be the lower of both.

Admissible working pressures (bar):

AISI 316 stainless steel tube, seamless,
annealed (per ASTM A-231 or equivalent)

All these allowable pressures are valid at room temperature. For higher temperatures, coefficients that reduce this function of the working conditions must be applied.
